Rules support the mission. But once the mission is to support the rules, the rules must be broken.

We recognize that rules play a vital role in providing structure, however, we also believe there are times when breaking the rules becomes necessary to pursue our greater goals, where outside-the-box thinking is sometimes the only way forward.
